I. General Conditions
1. These conditions are valid for the orders of all the goods listed on the website FEPO-europalety ltd. These conditions specify the rights and responsibilities of the seller and their customers, and they are also the content of the purchase contract.
II. An order, the contract1. A condition for a successfully completed order is filling in all the necessary data that the order form requires. The order is a draft of the purchase contract. To successfully complete the purchase contract, formal confirmation by the seller is required.
2. The seller has the right to refuse an order from the buyer, who did not pay or pick up the ordered goods previously in the past, or behaved improperly to the seller in any other way.
III. Delivery terms1. The place of meeting the contract conditions is the buyer's address listed in the order form, or the buyer picks the goods up at one of our offices listed on our website. Goods will be delivered according to the buyer's options or the buyer can pick the goods up at our offices. The possession rights of the goods pass to the buyer after paying the purchase price.
2. The seller sells the goods off in the shortest time possible after receiving the order. The time of delivery is 2 - 4 working days, the longest.
IV. Payment terms, delivery prices1. The purchase price is payable after having received the order, or the goods are paid in advance transferring the money to the seller's account. Shipping is charged according to tariffs valid for the delivery destination.
V. Complaints, returns1. The seller will not sell goods in violation of applicable laws and regulations, or damaged or otherwise impaired goods. Claims for defects and liability for the guarantee (complaints) will not apply to defects caused by improper use or storage of goods by the customer. Defective goods must be delivered to the seller´s offices with a written notice of defects properly specified, together with the invoice from the delivery of the goods. The seller will execute a warranty by replacement of the goods, or by refund within 30 working days.
2. The operator may cancel the order only if the goods are no longer manufactured or delivered, or the price has significantly changed.
3. The seller does not take any responsibility for damages resulting from improper use of the products or damages caused by external events and incorrect handling.
